This information is required for the booking system and for invoicing in case of missed payment. You’re welcome to suggest a preferred day and time – I will respond with available options.
🕒 Opening Hours & Contact
Phone and email are answered Monday–Friday, 11:00–18:00. Please do not call – the phone is used only for scheduled sessions and is not answered outside of appointments

📞 Phone / WhatsApp
For scheduled sessions, I will call you at the agreed time from a regular mobile number. WhatsApp: Username "Enfin Energi"
Please make sure you are undisturbed for the full duration of the session. Take a few minutes beforehand to prepare – have something to write with and a drink nearby.
🧠 The Conversation
You don’t need to have a specific topic – we explore whatever arises. Taking notes can be helpful for remembering insights and staying focused in everyday life.
💳 Payment & Cancellation
Sessions must be paid in advance, no later than the same day. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
The low fee is based on timely payment and adherence to the cancellation policy:
❌ No refund for missed appointments without notice
❗ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (for Monday appointments: by Friday)
🤒 In case of illness on the same day, half the fee is charged
✅ If I need to cancel, the full amount will be refunded
📋 Pricing
Prices are based on the standard co-payment for municipal therapy services in Norway. No discounts or special offers – the aim is to provide accessible therapy without financial strain.
